- At least 24 hours before your Botox treatment, it is advised that you refrain from consuming alcohol, taking drugs, or using medications such as paracetamol or ibuprofen.
- These substances can potentially increase the risk of bruising or other complications during the treatment process.
3. Post-Treatment Care:
- Following your Botox treatment, it is recommended that you continue to avoid alcohol, drugs, paracetamol, or ibuprofen for at least 24 hours.
- Additionally, refrain from engaging in strenuous activities such as gym workouts or excessive exercise for a period of 72 hours after your treatment.
4. Free Touch-Up Policy:
- A complimentary touch-up of Botox may be provided 14 days (plus or minus 3 days) after your initial treatment, if deemed necessary by our medical professionals.
- It is your responsibility to contact us within this timeframe to schedule your free touch-up appointment.
- Failure to contact us or respond to our communication regarding the free touch-up appointment will result in any additional Botox needed being considered as a new treatment.
- Full payment will be required for any additional Botox treatment required beyond the free touch-up period.
5. Cancellation and Modification:

- Once your booking fee has been received, we will work with you to confirm an appointment time that suits your schedule.

- Prior to your appointment, we will require the following information:

- Pictures of the area you wish to treat (clear and well-lit images are preferred)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made up to 96 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations made within 96 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
No Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior cancellation will be invoiced for the full payment of the booked treatments.
Rescheduling
You have the option to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.
Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to request a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.
Please note that the booking fee is required for every appointment booking and serves as a guarantee of your commitment to the scheduled time slot.
The 50 euros deposit will be deducted from the total price of your treatment.
