Online Booking Procedure

 

For online booking, please initiate contact with us via WhatsApp or Instagram direct message. Once you have received confirmation of your appointment, you are required to pay a booking fee of 50 € or 200 AED. This fee will be deducted from the total price of your treatment.

 

To proceed with your booking, please make the payment through PayPal. When making the payment, ensure to include your full name in the payment details.

 

Upon receipt of the booking fee, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment.

Thank you for choosing Ava Aesthetics for your filler and Botox needs. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and personalized care.

 

To secure your appointment, a booking fee or deposit of 50 € or 200 AED is required through PayPal. Once the payment is successfully processed and received in our PayPal account, your appointment will be confirmed.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

- Cancellations made up to 96 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full deposit refund.

- Cancellations made within 96 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior cancellation will be invoiced for the full payment of the booked treatments.

 

Rescheduling

 

You have the option to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.

Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to request a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.

 

Please note that the booking fee is required for every appointment booking and serves as a guarantee of your commitment to the scheduled time slot.

The 50 euros deposit will be deducted from the total price of your treatment.
